2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18, or have parental/guardian consent
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

3. Account Registration

4.4 Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via your app store. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your app store settings. Refunds are governed by the app store’s policy and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not violate applicable law; photograph individuals without consent to search for their clothing; reverse engineer the App; use automated scrapers; upload unlawful content; attempt unauthorised access; or misrepresent your identity.

6. Product Information Disclaimers

• Visual search results are AI-generated and represent visually similar products — not necessarily exact matches
• Product availability and pricing are provided by retailers and may change at any time
• Transactions take place directly between you and the retailer — So‑Ché is not a party to any purchase

7. Affiliate Commission Disclosure

When you tap through to a retailer and make a qualifying purchase, So‑Ché may earn commission from that retailer. This does not affect the price you pay. Search results are determined by visual AI relevance — not affiliate relationships.

8. Intellectual Property

All IP in So‑Ché is owned by Tala AI Technologies (Pty) Ltd, including the So‑Ché name, brand, logo, tagline “Scan the Look – Shop the Vibe™”, and the visual search and matching technology.

9. Consumer Protection Act Compliance

Subject to the CPA Act 68 of 2008. You have the right to cancel a fixed-term subscription with 20 business days’ notice per Section 14. We will not engage in unconscionable, misleading, or deceptive conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tala AI Technologies (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.

11. Governing Law
